BFC has been the best gym in Burbank as far as variety of classes and amazing instructors. What the gym lacks is support of management. Management does not value members or their feedback. Not only was management extremely rude when I called but they also refuse to cancel my membership when I called I was hung up on and given a terrible attitude by the staff for just asking my cancellation to be honored. Its the second time I've asked to cancel and i just want to be done with them.
