Not only was management extremely rude when I called but they also refuse to cancel my membership when I called I was hung up on and given a terrible attitude by the staff for just asking my cancellation to be honored. Its the second time I've asked to cancel and i just want to be done with them. I would not recommend this gym if the staff wasn't bad enough they have broken equipment all over the place and the sauna is always broken don't waste your time. Wow! Not only is this a complete lie, you are now displaying exactly why you shouldn’t be a member of our awesome gym! For those wanting to know the truth here it is. Tracey never actually canceled and when her bank account became overdrawn it was our fault. Worst management ever. They charge $25 activation fee for renewals! Plus $34.99 a month and 2 extra $25 charges a year for new equipments! And when I complained about the activation fee, since I was a member and wanted to renew my membership, they told me if you don't like it, go to another gym! Of course I will go to another gym.
