Had my carpets cleaned today for my sons graduation party. Justin called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite , professional & knowledgeable! My carpets have literally never looked better. Derek came to pick up my carpets today. At first I was concerned because it was only him and I had a lot of rugs and they were heavy. However, Derek did not disappoint! He was courteous, friendly, quick and smart and he managed to get a 9x17 rug up a full flight of steps all by himself! He went over all the estimates in detail so that I completely understood what I was paying for.
