Courteous service Timely notification
Bill and Jose were professional, took their time, and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Only thing they might have improved on is giving some extra attention to the edges of the carpet. The broad passes were great for the field but missed the edges in some places. I would use Evergreen again, it was a pleasant experience.
