Bill and Jose were professional, took their time, and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Only thing they might have improved on is giving some extra attention to the edges of the carpet. The broad passes were great for the field but missed the edges in some places. I would use Evergreen again, it was a pleasant experience.

The process from start to finish was easy. Very nice to do the synthetic rug cleaning on site, so that I wouldn't have to send them with you.
