Our technician Bill did a marvelous job. He said the carpet would look as good as new and he was right!!! It looks marvelous.
Prompt, courteous, considerate, quickly figured out the best routes for a hpuse with a complex layout. Very concerned we were satisfied with the work and made sure we understood we could call back if not satisfied. We are totally satisfied.

I thought I was scheduled 9- 11 so at 11 :30 we called to ask why he had not showed up. At 1:30 he came and did great job. I wonder if scheduling had made error. Our plans for day were ruined.
