I thought you did great. I definitely will recommend you to anyone whom asks. Thank you!
Courteous service Timely notification
Bill and Jose were professional, took their time, and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Only thing they might have improved on is giving some extra attention to the edges of the carpet. The broad passes were great for the field but missed the edges in some places. I would use Evergreen again, it was a pleasant experience.
Very professional... both on the phone (Shawn) and in person (Jordan).
Wonderful and efficient workers. We'd like then back!
Your technician did an excellent job explain me what solutions is using on the carpet and how will work and when you refinish
The process from start to finish was easy. Very nice to do the synthetic rug cleaning on site, so that I wouldn't have to send them with you.
Very professional and polite and gave us very good advice. Yes we added more services but needed with our pets.
Sean is terrific. Friendly, helpful and efficient. I really like doing business with Evergreen. I will continue to use such a reliable company and their work is superb!
