James was professional and did the job very well.
Was onsite 10 minutes early. Jordan was my carpet tech. and he had a wonderful personality. Took his time and did a fantastic job. He was super excited about his new equipment, one of the biggest and newest steamers in his companies fleet. His carpet cleaner even had a name to it..? Whodathought? Beast of a machine was called The Stealth Fighter. Will reschedule them in the future if even a need
