The guys were so quick that I don't think the carpets were clean properly, 15 min for 3 rooms and spraying, the carpets. The rooms ook OK, not great but ok.
I've purchased industrial carpet cleaners from Home Depot and clean those carpets every year once a year for the 7 years I was there. You guys came in and for an exorbitant amount more than me renting a carpet cleaner. Please note that I never used any thing more than the basic carpet cleaning solution and I had no problems removing the dirt the grime of daily use and occasional spots on the carpet from animals and or my children. For $450, I thought you guys would do a good job. He didn't even touch the closets that he charged extra for. There are a bunch of stains and dog hair and other crap that was not removed. Your guy didn't vacuum or even attempt to remove any of the stains. There was one glue stain that I didn't know if he'd be able to get, but I thought he would at last attempt it. He didn't even try. I won't be using evergreen in the future. The corners and doors in my house had significant paint rubbed off. I'll be posting this on Google reviews in more depth.
Was not fixed at all. Air ducts are in worst condition now. Didn't check integrity of system at all. A shop vac down 13 vents for $600.00. Not worth it and won't fix what they broke???
Your workman was very nice. He moved some things. That was very helpful because my husband was in the hospital and I couldn't do it all. So that was very helpful and made the cleaning easier. Thank you Sherrykeefhaver@gmail.com
