Dante and Ozzie were very professional and did a great job
On time for appointments. Didn't hesitate to return and retreat a particularly difficult area. Picked up and dropped off a severely offended area rug and explained the possibility the residual odor may be a result of damage to the pad rather than the carpet. I unreservedly recommend Evergreen.

Jordan did a fantastic job. He pretreatment the spots and moved some of the furniture to clean underneath. I am very pleased with the service.
My carpet was beyond hope and do to be replaced but company is coming and Jose at Evergreen restored it unbelieveably.
Justin was thorough and efficient
I'm always hesitant about a new tech due to past experiences. The carpet tech I really liked moved away so I had to go with someone else. Well, that someone was Justin and he did an amazing job as far as I can tell, he just finished. Its an old carpet and he really put some elbow grease into it and brought some life back. Looks like the few stains I had are completely gone as well. AND, he ended up having time to go down the street and pick up an area rug my mom needs cleaned.
