My carpet was beyond hope and do to be replaced but company is coming and Jose at Evergreen restored it unbelieveably.
Justin was thorough and efficient
I'm always hesitant about a new tech due to past experiences. The carpet tech I really liked moved away so I had to go with someone else. Well, that someone was Justin and he did an amazing job as far as I can tell, he just finished. Its an old carpet and he really put some elbow grease into it and brought some life back. Looks like the few stains I had are completely gone as well. AND, he ended up having time to go down the street and pick up an area rug my mom needs cleaned. Fast efficient service. I had 3 rooms with carpet cleaned and 2 area rugs taken to be cleaned. I love the fact that the rugs will be delivered to my new address and that they will be put in place by Evergreen.
