Did an okay job on the floors but I would never recommend this outfit for furniture. I have microfiber couches and chairs that I asked to be cleaned. As anyone who has had this done knows it is not cheap. After the first cleaning I had to call them and send photos. The kitchen chairs looked like they had not been cleaned at all and living room furniture had spots and such all over as well as just overall dirt. From my Yelp review: I moved here from Arizona where we had another green carpet cleaner that we liked. I knew as soon as we needed carpet care that green was the way we were going to go. I recently moved into a new-to-us home and also recently adopted a cat that turned out to be sicker than what was told me thru adoption. To much in a hurry, rush job, could have paid attention more, missed several area's had to go back out to the truck after he had put equipment away and finish. Plus had a special going 2 rooms but it cost more than the special. Definitely will not call again.
After my carpets dried there were still a few spots that showed back up. He did an ok job, but was clearly in a hurry. Showed up at my house at 810 am and was gone by 9am. And it cost me $150. I asked about getting my couches cleaned and he quoted me $160 for my sectional, and told me he could have everything done in about 1 hour and 20 mins. I decided to not have it done because I felt the $285 quote was to much for a hour and 20 min job.
