I have a condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome that makes local anesthetics less effective for me. This isn’t a problem for Dr.Patel. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorites, everyone was so nice and understanding, they were friendly and efficient.
Dr Patel & staff are fantastic. Office is clean, staff are friendly, through, and ensure you have everything you need with options if needed. Highly recommended!
Excel Dental Billerica was a refreshing change after of years at a different place. The staff was very pleasant and professional, the office was very well run and clean. Dr. Swagat was excellent! He took time explaining everything and showing me exactly what he was saying and why. Overall a five star from me.

After being told I needed a procedure costing thousands immediately I went to Excel Dental for a second opinion. I found the office to be clean and neat and the staff very friendly and nice It was my lucky day I met Dr Swagat Patel who was very kind and professional and immediately put me at ease.
