I just want to say I have had the best experience at this place...normally I don't like going to the dentist cuz most dont take my insurance but the office manager Deu was the best she helped me out so much with my insurance! Genesis the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable and had me laughing so hard I loved it! Dr.S is so great he told me up front what needed to be done and when and he even is working with me on how best to get what I want done! this place is the bees knees. I have been a patient with a dentist for more than 45 years. He retired recently. Living in Billerica, my preference was to look nearby for a dentist. Having just come from Excel Dental, I feel as if I hit a homerun. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. As for the doctor and dental assistant, extremely professional. I appreciate their patience when it came to attempting an X-ray. I highly recommend Excel Dental.

I was very pleased with my visit to excel Dental . I was impressed with the staff , starting from the receptionist to the dental assistant Genesis , who was very patient with me while I was Having my dental X-rays . The Dentist Dr. Bakshi , was so sweet and gentle. .. the office manager , was nice and extremely helpful ... I would recommend this dentist .....
