RecommendedI have been a patient with a dentist for more than 45 years. He retired recently. Living in Billerica, my preference was to look nearby for a dentist. Having just come from Excel Dental, I feel as if I hit a homerun. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. As for the doctor and dental assistant, extremely professional. I appreciate their patience when it came to attempting an X-ray. I highly recommend Excel Dental.

I was impressed with the staff , starting from the receptionist to the dental assistant Genesis , who was very patient with me while I was Having my dental X-rays . The Dentist Dr. Bakshi , was so sweet and gentle. .. the office manager , was nice and extremely helpful ... I would recommend this dentist .....

RecommendedIn all my life, I’ve been to so many dentists and I wasn’t pleased with any of them til I went to Excel. I wasn’t really looking for one, but I figured I would try them. I can’t express how much they treated me and got things done so quickly. I can’t say enough of how nice the staff and skilled they all were, from the time I stepped in til the end of my appointment.

RecommendedI’ve always been scared of going to the dentist but this was an amazing experience, beginning on the phone with Deu, at the front desk who is very nice and welcoming. The dental assistant Sokha made my fears disappear with her warmth and did my X-rays very fast and pain free. And last but not least, Doctor Swagat (or Doctor S as he told me to call him to make it easy on me) is very professional and gentle. I think it’s the best teeth cleaning I ever had !
