Highly recommend ExcelER-Nac. We received immediate service. Staff was friendly and helpful -- but went beyond that. Options were explained and even reasons for choosing a treatment. We were treated like friends. ExcelER has 3 observation rooms. All the equipment needed, but more comfy, complete with a quilt on the bed. While the staff is competent and knowledgeable, they realize the mental state of the patient is also important. Wow i gt surprise, they are excellent. I love it...
This place was wonderful. The staff treated my son like he was one of their own. Highly recommend going here. They quick to see us and so helpful. My son went from being scared to not wanting to leave. He loved his time here even though he was in pain and had to get an iv(not a single tear during the process).
