Wonderful staff and service. My husband took me in at about 2 AM, and we were taken back almost immediately. While waiting for test results, the staff checked up on me often, making sure I was comfortable and didn't have any concerns. They offered snacks to my husband, and gave him some helpful information when the results showed that I had appendicitis. They called the hospital right away, and scheduled an appendectomy for me later that morning. I am so glad we went into Excel ER. The staff truly is amazing, and went above ... read more

Thank you to the Staff of Excel ER! I have not felt that comfortable and cared for anywhere else! Dr. Meek listens to everything that you are saying and answers all of your questions. My thanks to him and April and Mitzi and Hunter for being so professional and kind.

First of all I had a laceration to my pinky finger that almost ripped my tendon. .. Went to Memorial Hospital and was told I had about an hour wait. I then came here and was immediately attended to. In and out with seven stitches paperwork done and all in 27 minutes. Great work, friendly staff, and above all, very fast treatment. I went back to get my stitches removed and this wonderful young lady "April" was once again very efficient and Sooooo friendly in taking care of me. This place was amazing with my son. They went above and beyond to get an IV started on my son (8 years). My son who has extremely high anxiety over needles to the point, a flu shot takes 3 to 4 people to actually happen...With Excel he never knew they had taken blood or started his IV until after the fact. They went slow, easy, were comforting to him, distracted him, used code words, took ever precaution possible, no tears, and the IV was in and blood drawn before he realized it. It's only my 2nd week in the town because I started my first semester at SFA this semester and just my luck I get sick. The doctor and nurses got me in and out within less then an hour, and Nurse Dave took such awesome care of me. This will be my new favorite place to go when I'm sick because I am very picky to where I go hospital wise back home. Thank you for everything!!

Had to take Payton in last weekend after a roller blading fall. The staff was so efficient and caring, rooms clean and comfy. Overall we got great care and I highly recommend them!
