It was quick and the staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. They even called me a week later to see how I was.
My experience with excel ER was fantastic. I went in because my body was dehydrated and I had to get fluids put back into my body. Everything about this experience was amazing I had thrown up in the parking lot as soon as I got there and one of the nurses came out to make sure I was ok. The ER wasn't very busy so the doctor and nurses were able to focus on me, which was extremely nice. Fast and friendly service. I had a bad ear infection which was very painful. I'm currently still breastfeeding my 15 month old daughter. They were very supportive in my decision to continue nursing past a year and worked with me to find medication that is safe for breastfeeding. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend!!

I had the end of a qtip stuck in my ear. They got me back immediately, they got all my vitals and everything taken immediately, Dr. Brad explained EVERYTHING, the risks, the irrigation procedure, and they even covered me w/ a warm blanket. Very great care and attention to detail! W/ insurance I didn't pay a dime upfront. And they have snacks and drinks. Definitely going back for my ER needs!
