Took my boyfriend to this er last week and had some of the best care I've ever received, both of the nurses (misty and April) that took care of him were not only attentive to him but to me as well knowing I was a nervous wreck. I went Excel ER this past summer. They are supposed to evaluate you then let you know exactly how much it will cost and then you make the decision if you want them to treat you. "Supposedly" no charge unless you want them to treat you. The dr looked at me, was very nice. It's was going to be over $600 to write me 2 prescriptions. I don't have insurance and said I couldn't afford that. They said no problem that's why they tell you up front. NOW I HAVE AN $814 collection on my credit!!! Should have gone to the emergency room. You dont have insurance you dont get treated.
