You guys did an EXCELLENT JOB! Above and beyond. Noah, Justin and the crew came right in...straight to work! Professional, thorough and informative each step of the way. I live in a village that requires a permit and they give people a hard time. Sure enough they gave Noah a hard time getting the permit to work on my home, BUT he was professional and patient and successfully obtained the permit! I recommend Excel for anyone who needs restoration services.
Gabriel Zurita and Willyams Sanchez were so professional and respectful they informed me In Detail what they were doing in my kitchen and asked me if I had any questions concerning the job. When the ceiling needs to come down and there's water in the drywall it's nice when the remediation specialists are professional and kind. Reid and Nolan were easy to work with, kept me informed of what was happening and cleaned up afterwards. Nate the inspector told me what was going to happen and there were no surprises. There's still more work to do but I'm happy with the work so far. Thanks guys!
