Jordan was great and very professional. Him and his crew of Enrique and Edson had our basement cleared out and cleaned up after about 8 inches of sewage water left its “mark.”
We had a wonderful experience with Justin and Kevin. It was nice to relate with Justin since he also has kids, so he knew how to navigate everything where things were quick and easy and efficient. We appreciate his time, hard work, and knowledge. He was very helpful, explained, and showed us everything that we needed to know.
Due to a pipe burst, within hours my basement was a disaster. I was referred to Excel by a plumber and they delivered!!!! Within 25 minutes, Noah called me and was at my house to assess in 30 minutes. Then within the hour, David and Martin came and within five hours- everything was documented, bagged and cleaned, carpet, padding and everything ruined by water. Justin left my house basement with every nook and cranny inspected, remedied and disinfected to clean up our disgusting flood water from a broken sump pump. Excel completed the repairs very thoroughly. Ron coordinated everything and communicated with us consistently, responding to all of our questions in a timely manner. Sergio was the primary person working in our home. He was very efficient and accomplished a lot each day he was on the job. There was a slight glitch that Sergio handled calmly and thoroughly.
