Everyone was excellent accept for the guy that put the swab sticks up our nose so deep and hard it brought tears to my eyes it hurt so much.
I was able to be seen fairly promptly and both the nurse and Dr. Chu explained things completely. I did have a bit of a wait to see the Dr. once I was in the exam room but there were many other people. It was busy.
They got me in and did what was needed in a timely manner.
