I can’t begin to say how amazing Dawn and Rebecca were last night. It is not to often you can feel a connection with staff at a quick care but we did at Excellence. They made a very serious situation manageable. I would recommend coming here any time emergency medical treatment is needed. From the time my husband presented and gave his symptoms, he was immediately taken to a room where the Doc was waiting for him! Exam, CT, blood work and EKG were all done in 30 minuets time. We had quick and concerning results and the offer to be observed for more time with more test to rule out any more issues! The staff was kind, caring and always available for questions. Plus we saw the Doc at least 4 times where he came in to check on his status! As a nurse myself I am very impressed and will be returning for any ER need... read more
This place was amazing. First class treatment from the moment you walk in. Had wife in a bed getting help even while I was still completing paperwork. From front desk to nurses to doctor we were treated wonderfully. After they got xray and CT scan results they even arranged a bed for my wife at Valley Baptist, so we wouldn't have to deal with hospital ER.
From the moment we walked in till time we left they were amazing!!! Thank you to everyone of your staff for your kindness and helping getting my son better. He also thanks you all for his stuffed lion and coloring book.
Exceptional is just that EXCEPTIONAL. From the moment I walked in to the time I was discharged, the staff, the Doctor and nurses were accommodating to my medical needs.
