Had sinus infection and received great care
Every emergency situation is a scary situation. I think in many cases, the scariest part is the financial part. That so wasn’t the case here. I was very surprised, not only were the staff very attentive, but so friendly. One of the nurses even found something in common with my daughter which helped her relax a bit more. When we walked out of there, they handed me what I thought was a bill, but wasn’t. It was suggestions on how to handle the particular situation we were in at the time.
