Nurse couldn’t seem to take an accurate temperature. Another nurse came in and “verified” my 2 yr. old daughter’s weight after we had just weighed her. Dr. Hall glanced at her ears and throat, listened to lungs, felt stomach, then suggested viral testing. I walked out to check up on ordered tests after 30 mins. so very disappointed with this place! my husband went to be seen for covid testing at 11 left at 7pm and still had not been seen! while he was there he saw people leave angry as well for never being seen. what confused him was it seemed like no one was really there so didn't understand the long wait...was finally told around 530 he was next an hour goes by he asks again then he's told that he probably won't be getting seen so he finally decided to leave...Do not go here for testing seems like they didn't want to test covid p... read more

I had to 3 an have a COVD test. I have back problems and to sit in my car that long. No I am 74 years old. So no I would not recommend this place.
Waiting 10+ hours for a covid test and to have my wife seen for her symptoms! Run away from this place
Wife went in for a Covid test. They charged her insurance over $1200.00. Our deductible is $1000. Essentially we now have to pay almost $1000 for a test that costs an average of $127 nationwide. Here is the really shady part: I called them and told them I didn't have insurance and they quoted me a price of $300 for the test. I hate the state of health care in the US.
We love Exceptional! From the nurses to the doctors and techs, everyone there is so nice and attentive. We never have to wait long, and they have a caring attitude! So glad we have somewhere we feel safe taking our boys.
Recommendedthis is the best place ever the staff and the Drs were so wonderful and kind it helps to have people working who are there cause they want to be there and help others keep up the good work we need to more and places like this my sister went to the one in brownsville and said nothing but good things about it thank u all so very much God bless you all
Staff was very friendly but definitely didn’t feel like my concerns were heard. I was in with my 4yo son and after telling me they were going to provide fluids, bloodwork and urine sample they came back about 10 mins later saying they don’t feel that’s needed anymore and that they feel it might be a virus to go home and if he gets worse to come back. I tried asking why the “change” in plans and they just said we don’t want to have to put him through that. I got no answers that helped us in the situation.
