I ordered my furniture over a year ago in May of 2024. Unfortunately the location I originally ordered from closed down after the hurricane in 2024 so I didn't get updates on my order which is understandable. When I was finally informed my furniture was available for pick up in early 2025 my marble table came broken so they needed to replace it. I highly regret purchasing from this place!! The customer number is a joke!! They don’t honor the manufacturer warranty or the one you pay an arm and a leg for. I always purchased from Gallery. You pay more but they honor warranty and fix issues. You can reach someone at the location. I’ve been getting the run around for over a month with this place. Ordered furniture last week with delivery today...no call no show on delivery and on terminal hold on customer service to find out wth is going on. Poor customer service and poor communication. Update: called and called finally getting through today sat on hold 5 min until someone answered and they stated let me look up the account then hold again for 15 more minutes. I don’t like being followed around the store, I don’t like being treated poorly, I don’t like being manipulated, I don’t like vital information being withheld from me and certainly don’t like my credit ran without permission. You guys can sell furniture without giving people a bad experience. Why would I ever come back or recommend you to anyone?
I purchased living room furniture with a one year manufacture warranty. I filed a claim in December 2022. Here I am in June 2023 and nothing has been resolved. We bought $2000. Couch and recliner. The couch completely broke but was insured. They sent a repairman out who did what he could, told us it was irreparable, and that Exclusive Furniture would contact us within a few days to replace it. Guess what? Nothing, crickets. I purchased a large leather sectional, 2 wood dinette sets and a bedroom set from EF in 2019, and I also purchased the warranty. Well, I tried to open a claim to get the motor replaced for the sofa because it stopped working and was denied, I also tried to have the finish on the wood table re-done, and was denied.
