Our salesperson was Mark A. and manager was Greg..they were great and we bought a kitchen table, but as we were making the deal our vehicle was broken into. We were in the store for 45 minutes and they broke the back passenger window stole my husband's work tools. There was a security vehicle on the lot, but they must have not been doing their job. Be careful if you decide to go!!!
En mi experiencia personal fue pésima conmigo quedaron muy mal no me trajeron los muebles que yo quería y confiando un ellos me quedé con una pieza esperando que me trajeran las 2 que me faltaban que las tenían en el almacén y eso fue desde diciembre y nunca fue así y yo pagando por una cosa que no tenia y les dije. RecommendedI am taking back my review! Exclusive Furniture recommends HORRIBLE insurance! They have not emailed or called me back AT ALL! I’ve had my furniture for 2 years and E.F won’t even help me either. My sofa is in horrible condition to wear we cannot even sit on it. I do not recommend them or their insurance.
