I planned to purchase new furniture for my birthday, shopped at 4 locations I finally found what I really wanted. I took off work the whole day because dispatch could not give me a time I got rid of my furniture to make space. When the delivery drivers came to my home they did not know how to get it inside my home they spent 2 hours at my house. They completely took advantage of me as a single Moms facing financial challenges! I absolutely do not recommend dealing with misleading companies that prey on women and children! Carlos the manager had an opportunity to make it right and instead offered to "make me a deal" after already swindling for a $800 mattress with no box spring! Go ahead a d delete this review because it reveals your nasty truth!

Exclusive. Furniture might have somewhat of a decent furniture and sales rep but they're not Honest!!!!! Sales rep NEVER went over their stupid policy if you decide to pick up furniture at warehouses make sure to check piece by piece before you sign off,otherwise, You're FUCK UP staying with the damaged furniture and they will not accept or exchange furniture back..... please be super careful with their stupid policy!!!! Extremely disappointed in the delivery methods when it comes to fixing the broken furniture for my daughter's bed, first they make a schedule for 11am to 4pm last Saturday, they bring the wrong part of the furniture, they later make another schedule from 1pm to 6pm they just called at 6:25 pm to tell me they will be here in "20 minutes". Not what I expected. I had the worst experience with this store. I am a first and last time customer. I bought a dining room table on 5-22 & was told they had to order it and that it would be in and delivered on my move date of 7-22. I never heard back from them so I called to confirm delivery and was told they don't know where my table it. My salesman Jimmy Montenegro was too busy to come to the phone and speak to me, I was told the manager was at lunch, I was transferred to corporate and they transferred me back to the store. Salesman said they had what we wanted. Get to the warehouse and they give us something that's a different color. Now, no one can help change it. We already paid and they aren't holding up their end. They just want their money, it doesn't matter if you get exactly what you ordered and instead of a refund for not delivering what we ordered the manager tried to convince us to get store credit. WARNING! NEVER BUY FROM EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE! YOU WILL BE CHEATED AND SCAMMED! I went to buy a dining table in July at their Richmond outlet. The salesperson was Bert and the manager was Robert. We really liked a dining table and the 6 chairs that went with it. Without hesitation, we bought it because it really fit into our new home. Our salesperson was Mark A. and manager was Greg..they were great and we bought a kitchen table, but as we were making the deal our vehicle was broken into. We were in the store for 45 minutes and they broke the back passenger window stole my husband's work tools. There was a security vehicle on the lot, but they must have not been doing their job. Be careful if you decide to go!!!
