From May 2022 when I began service with Experigreen, I had weed free and lush lawn of St Augustine grass. I wanted make sure the lawn stayed pristine and properly aeriated so signed up for the ********* essential package that totaled to $600 for the year. By the fall/winter of 2022, my lawn was invested with more weeds and crabgrass than how it was during the heat of the summer months. So from the start this company talks a good game lies directly to your face **** the wannabe manager killed my flowers with the hose. We told them my mother has cancer and to let ** no with a call but nothing like the great business they aren't ever going to be. Then argued on the phone that he knocked on the door when my 2 sons watched the entire process. 280 dollars for 2 house lol that was theft in my eyes. Please do not go thru them or let lower prices get you to go threw them I rate them zero stars for being a fraud!

I used another lawn care company for services in the past. This company was bought by Experigreen. I always had a contract. I had decided not to use Experigreen this year.They treated my lawn on 4/2/2023 without my authorization. I called immediately to discuss the matter. After getting the run around, I received an email saying I would get a refund. Additionally a sales person called me and said Id get a refund. I have not received one.I called again today and was told I wasnt getting a refund; upper management is refusing ... read more

A representative called my home this morning and told me he was here at my house to service my lawn care. I canceled this service two years ago and have informed this company on several occasions that I do not require their services. I was told by the person on the phone that they would keep coming by unless I called the company. Called the company for what. I did not order the services and I canceled services at least two years ago due to damage to my lawn. An expensive arrogation or arreation process left my lawn even more... read more

I contracted with this company in 2022. I had a lot of problems with burn spots from overtreatment which have not recovered. Consequently, I cancelled my service with them and contracted with a different company. Experigreen showed up to my house last week and treated my lawn WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR A CONTRACT, even though I cancelled by phone 2 times...last year and in 2023 when they called in February to make me an offer for this spring. Be careful...if you once had a contract, you may still have a contract!

I had used ExperiGreen for my lawn care and had terrible results that I decided to use another company this year.I called them up that I was not going to use them this year. Also to make sure they didn't charge my card. I called them and she said it has been canceled. Last year Experigreen serviced my lawn I prepaid for the summer they didn't service my lawn for about 3 months, I called to ask them about it and I got the run around so I canceled my service they were supposed to give me my money back from my balance that was left over and I haven't received my money that was Five months ago. I keep calling and no one will send me my money I call and get an excuse every time, this is not how you treat customers.

I used experigreen lawn care service in nov2022 and I clearly mentioned one time peat control around my home. In the month of December they called me offered a lawn service. I clearly told them no. One day i see weed control charge on my credit card and when i called them they are saying they applied weed control in my lawn without letting me know. I tried to call them multiple times but no use. Now they are threatening me saying that my file will go to collection agency.

I used to use ************************ to treat my lawn. ExperiGreen Lawn Care bought them in between December of 2022 and February 2023. with no phone call e-mail or any other form of contact on February 21 2023 I come home from work to signs in my lawn saying they treated my lawn today.
