As evidenced by the numerous similar complaints, ExperiGreen Lawn Care, attempts to continue service agreements that were confined to a specific period of time. I would not recommend this company.The lawn service itself was disappointing, but what was even worse was the customer service. Trying to resolve a simple issue turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with any business. Phone calls were unprofessional, unhelpful, and it often felt like no one was interested in listening or resolving the problem.After expressing my concerns, I continued to receive repeated calls and communications that I found to be excessive and unwelcome. I dont fault the technicians but this company performed services I turned down and is billing me for them. I have not been threatened with collection yet. I am trying to cancel all services. We tried to cancel the weed service previously. They offered us an installment agreement of only $7.88 which we have been paying. Now I see they are charging us for pest control and grub services I declined.

***** this company. Complete scam.Signed up for their 2025 program after being promised a weed-free, green lawn and that my bare spots would fill in. They also promised day-before notices so I could cancel at any time. Instead, my yard was still full of weeds summer of **************************** 2026. Turns out the expensive packages they sell don't even address brown spots.Check your security cameras if you use them. They serviced my address without permission, billed me for it and sent me to collections after informing them after the first visit that they serviced my address in error. I never hired any lawn service and somehow this is my fault. Please beware of this horribly dishonest company.

I had Lawn Medic several years ago and their service was wonderful, but since they've become ExperiGreen the service and customer care has gone downhill. I realized mid-summer inside my fenced in area was not being treated and when I called they told me it was. Later the same guy came out for a service and apologized and admitted to not treating the area in question. Since ExperiGreen bought Lawn Medic, the service has gone downhill. I am being charged for a service that I told the technician I didn't order. After a pest application, my plants have died, and my yard has progressively looked worse through the season. I've emailed to cancel my account and dispute charges. I was told I had to call to cancel. When I called to cancel, I was put on hold. Treated my lawn without my authorization. Than sent out a ************* joke of a company when I did authorize them to treat the year before, they over billed me and it took months to get my credit. Terrible communication Honestly the worst experience with any company in my life!

This company treated our front yard WITHOUT permission to even be on the property. I called to ask them to never do so again and they did not admit to having been there. Their representative left two small signs indicating a treatment had been performed.
