I contacted customer service because my lawn care had stopped coming for four months to which I was told that "I had called and told them I lost my job and could not afford service anymore". I told them this was not the case, that I had never lost my job, and I had only contacted them in August to report that the lawn care I was receiving was not being applied to my backyard. I have requested a "Core" aeration service for my lawn. PLEASE READ!!!Lawn care is lawn care. If you cannot do the simple things right, how do you run a business. Simple thing as in SHOW UP TO THE HOUSE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO AND NOT THE NEIGHBORS AND START TEARING UP THIER YARD. Never used this company before.
