I used to use ************************ to treat my lawn. ExperiGreen Lawn Care bought them in between December of 2022 and February 2023. with no phone call e-mail or any other form of contact on February 21 2023 I come home from work to signs in my lawn saying they treated my lawn today. I contacted customer service because my lawn care had stopped coming for four months to which I was told that "I had called and told them I lost my job and could not afford service anymore". I told them this was not the case, that I had never lost my job, and I had only contacted them in August to report that the lawn care I was receiving was not being applied to my backyard. I have requested a "Core" aeration service for my lawn. However, a "Liquid" aeration service was performed without my consent.I have called your customer care and expressed my concern over this matter and requested that "Core" aeration service be performed as I requested earlier.I am still awaiting the core aeration and getting concerned that the time of the year for performing the core aeration is being passed.I have email confirmations which are prudent enough to say that I categorically requested for core aeration and not... read more

PLEASE READ!!!Lawn care is lawn care. If you cannot do the simple things right, how do you run a business. Simple thing as in SHOW UP TO THE HOUSE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO AND NOT THE NEIGHBORS AND START TEARING UP THIER YARD. Never used this company before. They knocked on the door one time, didn't speak with anyone at the house (myself or my wife), and immediately starting aerating the yard.
