Great experience from renting thru the site to dropping off our daughter's dorm room stuff! The price quoted on the site was what we paid and they have an app that makes paying (from out of state) VERY easy! We rented a 5x10 and it VERY EASILY fits two Wellesley student's dorm room belongings. Could probably fit three if we were efficient and packed in boxes better. I'll be using them again next summer thru graduation. ----- They also have storage supplies there for a reasonable price if needed (boxes, tape, etc).

Fantastic service! Location is good and the people are very helpful and accommodating.
The stuff helping us is called James. In general, extremely helpful person and service. We need some special arrangement since we need to put in some stuff from moving company. We also need to send packages to the unit before we physically come to the unit. James helped us deal with all these problems that allow us to have a very pleasant moving experience. I would definitely recommend any one in Natick/Framingham area to use this service.

Extremely professional approach to the storage business. On-site manager at this location is a security plus. Manager on duty was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Units are clean and neat, inside and out. Good security system and an option for more secure locks on each unit. Definitely a cut above previous self-storage units I've used and competitively priced as well.
