Rich and James were wonderfully helpful in setting me up for storage. Great location, ultra-clean grounds and real sense of security with cameras and live-in managers. Prices are competitive with other places in the area. Highly recommended if you can get an opening.

Clean and neat, easily accessible. However, I was disappointed to find the 'price' I had been quoted online increased by $28 when I went to sign up in person. I was told the reason was due to limited availability, 'one left'- but I was told that was the situation when I was searching online as well. I didn't have much choice because I needed the space immediately, but rather disappointed.

This is my first time renting a storage unit. I do not know what to expect but so far, it has been a pleasant experience. The Manager, James, has been very accommodating and showed me several different sized units (empty) before I decided on the 10x10. I've had no trouble getting in and out during off hours (Sunday after 5:30pm). Storage unit was clean and no smells. So far, so good! 6/29/2015 Rebecca C.

Amazing workers there. with all the snow we got they had shoveled where my storage unit was in an extreme cold and windy conitions. i also had to change what size at last minute due to underestimating the size and amount of belonging i had. They also had to help me look around the property after i had lost my cell phone which we found outside on the ground. They were nothing but helpful for a first time storage person

Store manager James is very helpful and patient. The place is clean and well-run. We feel very comfortable renting the storage there.

The process to open a new account and get a storage unit was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and attentive which made the experience all the better.

We recently moved from western MA to the metrowest area to be closer to my husbands job in Boston, and ended up downsizing in the process. A co-worker of DH had used a location closer to Boston and recommended we use Extra Space. About four minutes after I reserved online, I received a call from a manager to introduce herself. Bait and switch advertising. Advertised one rate and immediately jacked up the rates once the prepaid period was over. Went up almost $200 a month in a year. Tons of mice droppings in the unit as well. They definitely don't do as good of pest control as they should for a climate-controlled storage building.

I had written a review a couple months ago regarding rodent droppings over some of our items in storage... we are now moving out of the storage unit and we are in disbelief oh just how much damage and the amount of droppings that are all over our things. this is an absolute health hazard.. especially since I am pregnant.. there is no way we can bring these items into our new home. extra space has been NO help at all. now have to throw away 2 of our couch sets as they are no longer usable. to note: we had an indoor storage u... read more
