Mary, the manager at Extra Space Storage, provided outstanding assistance when our car didn't fit in the assigned unit. She quickly offered a different unit that met our needs. Her professionalism and customer service were top-notch! Highly recommend!

Had to make local storage arrangements from thousands of miles away. Mary was great -- she made sure all the security protocols were in place and monitored the proper delivery and placement of stored items. I appreciated the care she took.

After being a bit flustered with the online thingy,( I'm not much for doing any online anything) I went to the site where my unit is and bought the title for my bike , and as soon a Mary and started talking, ahhh knew I was in the right place!! We finished up the rest of the paperwork in a couple minutes, and we on our way to see where my storage unit is located!! I couldn't of had a better experience! The service was great. I love doing business here. I am not using the service for personal use it is for a nonprofit. If I needed to use a storage facility I would certainly use Extra Space Storage.

Everything was easy from start to finish. Reserved unit online and paid and signed contract. Received access immediately. Purchased a lock from them and it was waiting in my unit as promised. Signed up for auto pay and that was smooth. Only thing that threw me was the huge increase in monthly fee after first 3 months.
