I am very Happy with my experience @ExtraSpace Rt 83 Mary and Justin have been a huge help, polite and understanding. I recommend this storage, its clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure your storage needs are met!

We didn't have the same experience as the others. I am a Latino and Mary treated me and my pregnant wife with respect and very professional. We had the storage unit for a year and a half. I will say the prices could be more competitive. Overall we didn't have issues coming and going to the unit and the facility was always clean. Unit 408

I cannot say enough about this company. We chose this location when we moved out of Lake Villa because it was close by. Mary was with me from day 1 with outstanding customer service. She understood the stress of my move, and my budget. She did not try to sell me anything I did not need and in fact probably saved my things: I wanted an outside unit but because of my wood furniture it was better protected in climate control. My husband and I have been looking for storage and after reading about extra space storage and the yelp reviews I was a bit hesitant, but glad I did not let any bad review stop me as my experience was absolutely great! The manager was extremely helpful and the space very clean and fair prices to boot. We will be moving our "stuff" in this month and I will update my review if anything changes!

We shopped around searching for a storage facility that offered a fair price, but what we found at Extra Space storage is far beyond that... After I had a terrible experience at a different company, Mary was so helpful. She explained the process to me, went over all the fees, and got me a great deal. The customer service here is superb. I was given directions, greeted with a smile, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend using this facility.

That place is horrible-- The old storage place that was here before this had great management and then Extra Space acquired them last year and they are awful now-- gate access is frequently broken and they raise the rate way up after you are in there a few months... there are many more reliable and affordable options in the area.... Stay away from this one Extra Space is a lemon !!!

Expensive for no reason. Chose this place for a cheap rent close to home and in two months the rate almost tripled with no notice. There's better safer and cheaper options out there
