While I didn't end up needing the storage unit due to a shift in schedule, my initial call was on a Saturday with Kim and she was wonderful. Even though I only needed a few weeks, I still qualified for their 'first month free' special and as a new customer, Kim waived the admin fee, so I would have been able to store my home between moves for free, wonderful news in the middle of a stressful and hectic move. First Jeffrey has been very helpful and accommodating as we have had multiple units at once and have needed to coordinate various combination of available sizes. As we have consolidated and downsized Jeffrey has assisted us throughout the process AND now Julie has further extended this site's incredible service. Highly recommended!
Don't use this Extra Space Storage location. Your unit will get broken into. No security, they'll say the have "cameras with great night vision" that won't stop people from breaking into your unit & taking your belongings. This is your warning. Look elsewhere with better security.

I was happy with the quick and kind help from a representative over the phone who helped me with the unit rental. I tried several times to rent the unit online with the "rapid rental" option which was a joke. It took me at least six times of going through the whole thing, refilling in my info, just to get a message that it couldn't be completed. Then I finally got through to the payment part and there was no option for the promo that was running so it wanted to charge the full months rent. There was also no option to not buy... read more

Although the guy that runs this place (Kenny) tried his best to maintain the $170 a month rate (that I recall being told I would have for a year), but he couldn't because management said that "current market rate" suggests that they should raise my monthly rate to over $220! Just a simple Google search found me 4 different storage units of the same size for way less than I was paying in the first place ($107 -185). Great price, up until you're ready to pay, then they tack on a "required" insurance charge. Super deceptive and unethical.
