Was in dire need of a large 10x20 unit capable of storing a 3 bedroom house full of furniture with less than 48 hours notice as close to my house as possible. Searched for units near me, found extra space, reserved their last unit online in under 5 minutes & drove to the property to quickly meet the team, sign my paperwork & view my unit! Amazing service, great experience & very thankful for everyone at the 78th street property!

I am so impressed with the professional service I received at Extra Space Storage. The office staff were so helpful and accommodating. Even when I had a problem with the unit I rented they were understanding and happily took care of my wishes. I am impressed with service I received!

Susan was a huge help in getting our unit rented to us promptly and painlessly. From the time I called in until the time we were moving in was just over one hour. She was thorough in vetting all locations for one that best suited our needs and was clear and concise on all points. Hands down the easiest rental experience I've had to date.

Kenny and Jeffery were the BEST! As soon as we got in, they had such a pleasant atmosphere! We came in with it reservation, Kenneth showed us the storage before anything then walked us through the whole process! Quick and easy. Thank you for the quick, easy, awesome vibes!
