I would’ve given 5 stars, because the location, unit size and customer service was great! the only problem was getting the lock on and off the door. i had to push on the metal inside of the unit to latch on the lock and getting the lock off to open the door requires a bit of a wrestling match. lol.
Excellent customer service! Jay was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Very helpful I understood my situation and gave me the option that was best for me and my budget and instead of trying to upsell me. Very helpful people absolutely love it there . P.s. they even give me courtesy calls when I forget to pay my bill ......
