This place functions just fine as a storage place. HOWEVER, they have continually raised my rent, and now it's 80% HIGHER from my original cost!. I did the math, that is an accurate percentage....I have gotten notice after notice of increasing rent, and am now paying an outrageous price for this unit. That isn't overhead (say a small increase at beginning of year for example), that's just greed, and poor company policy in my humble opinion. This started off to be a great experience but got progressively worse as time went on. First off, they raised the price of my storage unit TWICE in a SIX MONTH period for a total of nearly $60 over what I originally agreed to. About 8 weeks ago, they repaired the asphalt near the unit and blew a bunch of the black dust into the storage area. When I first signed up at this storage unit they assured me that they don't raise the storage rent much and if they do it's usually $5 to $10 dollars. I have had my stuff at there storage facility for two years and they have changed my monthly rate 5 times and increase the rent more than 50%. Don't fall into their trap of a low price the first 3 months then jack up the price by 40% and now 50%.

The storage was clean & usable, however I was promised a gift card that to this day has not been received. I may be old fashioned but a persons word should be there bond. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Please look elsewhere. Raised the rent twice within a year. Management doesn't return phone calls, doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes, and isn't available when needed. The 877 number will try to pass you off to the individual storage facility, and the individual storage facility will pass you off to the 877 number. NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever. bad customer service. i know they are closed on sundays, but no way to contact anyone in case they dont do their job! paid if full a week ago, they put a red lock on our unit, & failed to take it off once paid! eere moving, & traveled a long way to find were locked out of our unit for no reason!!!! take your storage needs to somewhere else.
