What a pleasant experience!! James was efficient and answered so many questions for us. He helped us find the perfect unit and plan for what we were looking for last minute! Gave us a personal tour and was very patient with our hundreds of questions. The other gentleman working with him was awesome as well. He signed us up quickely and helped get us set up with access to unit and a thorough actual walk through explaining step by step all we needed to know. 10/10 would recommend!!

Good clean facility. Helpful Professional staff.
This was my first experience using a storage facility, I had no idea what to expect, and was very overwhelmed. The owner of this facility was helpful, friendly, polite and very professional. The storage units are temperature controlled, very clean and you have access to your unit whenever you want. The loading doc was easy to use, and there are storage carts available to make moving furniture and boxes easy. Having never used another storage facility I have nothing to compare it too. Extra Space Storage provided the option for a secure, indoor, climate controlled space. It was convenient that access was not restricted and I could go when I needed to. They provided carts to make moving lots of boxes to and from the unit easy which was a plus. The only downside was the rising fees. The manager was very nice and made renting quite simple. The fact that you could purchase supplies like boxes and tape on site was handy. The facility is well kept and if you’re in need of space, this offers good ones.
