This was my first experience using a storage facility, I had no idea what to expect, and was very overwhelmed. The owner of this facility was helpful, friendly, polite and very professional. The storage units are temperature controlled, very clean and you have access to your unit whenever you want. The loading doc was easy to use, and there are storage carts available to make moving furniture and boxes easy. Having never used another storage facility I have nothing to compare it too. We signed up over the summer and got a deal for pay one month, get one free, so bc these fees can be costly, try to sign up when they have deals running. If I ever need storage again I will absolutely use this company at this location!

Extra Space Storage provided the option for a secure, indoor, climate controlled space. It was convenient that access was not restricted and I could go when I needed to. They provided carts to make moving lots of boxes to and from the unit easy which was a plus. The only downside was the rising fees. The manager was very nice and made renting quite simple. The fact that you could purchase supplies like boxes and tape on site was handy. The facility is well kept and if you’re in need of space, this offers good ones.

I thought the experience of putting my valuables in a storage facility would have been stressful , but to my surprise is was easy peasy. Also the price was better than other storage facilities that I priced out .

Wonderful service, everything was explained in detail. When my husband forgot to secure one of the rooms, we were called right away following a security check by the staff. I thought that was terrific.

After my rate went up tremendously at another storage facility I shopped around and landed here. James was super helpful, and patiently answered all of my questions that I had. He was even thorough when giving directions. James made the process extremely quick and easy! Thanks for a great experience!
