I needed another urgent storage unit and went here due to the hours of access and other reasons. The store manager James Mallon...honestly, one of the most attentive sharp staff for customer service and help I have ever met. He actually cares and it is great to see that (esp these days) and the work ethic he applies at helping me and the customers of this facility. amazing staff especially Gary! very willing to always help you out and provide you with help as needed. very clean facility and very safe. while I'm trying to downsize I am happy to know my stuff is in safe hands during this time. I've tried other competitors but I always come back here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I never leave reviews, but I had to in this case. The employees at the East Northport location are amazing. I got the exact unit I needed (after many mistakes on my part) and the service was impeccable. If you're looking for a reasonably priced storage option, this is the facility I would recommend.
I have a 10 x 10 unit and find the space to be clean and the staff is always helpful. This is a great location. Thank you.
This is my first time using public storage. I researched everywhere, finally decided to use Extra Space. Great management, super clean facilities. They explained the entire process with professionalism. Prices were actually cheaper than other storage facilities in the area. This has been a Fantastic experience, will definitely turn to them for future storage needs!! You will not regret doing business with them!!

Clean, Well Maintained, and Excellent Customer Service!! Sue and John were always helpful and courteous, especially when my credit card number was hacked. They were a pleasure to deal with from the time I first walked in and rented a climate controlled space to when I left this week.
