This place is contaminated. Please be aware. My belongs got contaminated and restrained by some toxic fluid leaking from the ceiling. Everything including my baby's belongs got ruined. They refused to cooperate with me and I didn't pay 2 months in rent due to the fact they weren't helping with my insurance claim in this matter and they refused to knowledge the problem with the contamination. Professional but slick. I felt baited with the price quoted which was a little bit lower than the competition in the area of east Northport. Everything was going along fine until they sit you down in front of the computer screen and then drop the line. "Your price will probably go up in about 5 months." Really why is that? ****SCAM ALERT***** People here smile at you as they rip you off. First month free rent is what they advertise but when you go in "all of those units are rented". They offer another promotion 50% off your first month.... Sounds crappy compared to free but ok so you stay.... Then it's a $40 "administration fee" followed by a mandatory purchase of their insurance unless of course you have a copy of your home owners policy in your pocket. Marc, we do charge a one-time administrative fee at the time of move-in. Insurance is also required for customers who do not already have homeowners insurance to cover their belongings. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
