I had an issue with my storage space and I thought I was going to have to move to another company, but after talking to Kasha, the store manager, she was able to solve my problem immediately so I didn't have to move. Kasha was so friendly, smart and positive and just a delight to do business with! She handled my issue effortlessly, was very knowledgable and I was a very happy customer afterwards!! I love my storage space and the service. She kept me as a customer and I am extremely satisfied!

Today my wife and I went to our storage unit in Lumberton NJ and on our way out we swung by the office to speak to someone about some things and that's where we met Kasha and she was phenomenal! Very helpful, compassionate, understanding and just simply outstanding!!! She listened and cared and helped from start to finish!!! We couldn't be more Thankful!
