Hi, I am new to Extra Space Storage and had no idea what to do. Kevin was so kind and courteous and helped me through the whole process of learning how to key in and find my Unit. Hello ! Just to say, that Dawn has been so kind and thoughtful .She is awesome, she answered all our questions about the storage units ,and even gave us advice on how to storage our stuff. The place is very nice and clean. Easy access on route 38. Staff is very very friendly especially Dawn. She always has a smile on her face and answer all questions and concerns in no time. Very friendly and highly recommend.
