Be aware, this place advertises climate controlled units which we booked & prepaid online through the Extra Space website. Upon arrival, we were told they don't actually have climate controlled units and that we should have booked directly with them so we could have found that out. In addition, we were assigned a unit with a normal door rather than an overhead. I have rented many storage spaces over the years & have never seen such a thing. What I want to say is not very complimentary based on my experience at the end of my contract of 5 years at my last location. However, I was a customer for 13 years between 2 different locations (Marlton, NJ & Lumberton, NJ) I don't understand how ES decided increasing my monthly unit rent by 49%...there is ONLY one reason which that is TOTAL GREED!
