Buyer Beware classic Bait & Switch Con 01/23/2017 After touring facility and seeing comparable 10X10 vs 10X15 storage units to rent, it was decided that Extra Space Storage was best to meet our needs. Reservations were made online as suggested by the friendly Assistant Store Manager and when appointment came this is what was offered, a 10X10 storage unit with concrete beam?
