Gus was very helpful at extra storage in Grapevine. Showed us around for different options if we wanted to downgrade our space made everything right for us will continue using them. I highly recommend the storage facility.

Gus was very patient and accommodating in assisting me over the phone. I felt like, he makes it easy for me..like talking to a family. And when i was unable to use the storage, he was kind enough to help me when i cancelled and requested refund. Now just waiting for refund. It was a pleasant experience.

Top-notch storage facility. If you need a storage facility definitely consider Extra space storage. Place was clean & neat, sign up was fast & easy, Everything totally explained and all online. They even provided a lock that you'll need ( a Tumblr lock ),you probably don’t have. Great price too.
