Guss is very helpful and accommodating! I've been here for about six months now and it's the best storage facility I've used.

Gus August at the Grapevine location just off 114 is a spectacular individual. He's always friendly, goes out of his way to be helpful and always asks if I need assistance any time I'm there. I have rented multiple units, at multiple times, over the past year and each time has been a "no-muss no-fuss" experience. In addition, the facility is always kept spotless. I can highly recommend Extra Space Storage for any storage needs you might have. They are super flexible.

Extra Space Grapevine Texas took great care of my stored belongings. The team goes above and beyond the expected, quick to respond to requests and special attention to security while on site moving in or out of the storage space! Great Service! Extra Space Storage made it easy for me to rent and the whole process of setting it up took less than 30 mins. From phone call to contract signing. I may switch from U-Haul permanently because the pricing can't be beat.

I stored half of my household belongings in this facility for nearly a year, when I sold my house and was building another. It is an exceptionally clean facility, climate controlled and well managed. So well managed in fact that in the frenzy that happens when I moved out of the facility and into my house, I forgot to call and cancel my unit but the manager called me to inquire about my empty unit. The workers here are very accommodating! They allowed us to park our full sized U-Haul overnight when there weren't other spots and kept an eye on it! Highly recommended!
