The workers here are very accommodating! They allowed us to park our full sized U-Haul overnight when there weren't other spots and kept an eye on it! Highly recommended!

Needed a storage place fast. Extra Space had a deal I could not pass up. Completed the easy on line forms, went down the next afternoon, looked at the units, all clean and tidy. Completed the rest of the paperwork quickly. Troy is a great guy. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

I just signed up with Extra Space Storage. So far the signup has been good. I have my space and at a good price. Hopefully it is not a teaser price and the rates go up as Jeremy has stated. I was told about 9 months the price goes up. But I hope not to much. If so I will just make sure that I end my contract after a year. But so far very happy. It is clean and secure. Other storage facilities in Grapevine are not clean and do not have very secure access.

After my husband moved from Minnesota to Texas this past Spring, he needed a storage unit. After doing some research we found this one. It was in a great location as well as very fair prices. The facility is nice and clean with speed bumps for safety. You drive in and put in an access code, then locate your building where your unit is, where you then walk inside. SCAM ALERT!!!! SECURITY ISSUES!!! 1. When I signed up, I was drawn in by their internet special, paying $153/month as of October 2024. Since then, my rate has changed three times in less than a year -- first to $233/month in November 2024, and now to $297/month as of August 2025. 2. I signed up with a special rate without any expiration noted. They were great in allowing me to downgrade the space I have when I realized I didn't need as much as I thought. Although after a few months, I conveniently got a notice in the mail that my rate practically doubled to accommodate the "current market." Shady. Don't trust the rate you got when you signed up unless it's noted in your agreement to begin with.
