SCAM ALERT!!!! SECURITY ISSUES!!! 1. When I signed up, I was drawn in by their internet special, paying $153/month as of October 2024. Since then, my rate has changed three times in less than a year — first to $233/month in November 2024, and now to $297/month as of August 2025. 2. They want to bill me for two units when I am only renting one despite the fact that I told them and showed them that I vacated the other unit. Ridiculous. I rent from 30 or so storage facilities across the state of TX. I will be vacating the others that are Extra Space Storage.

Brent Fleming at the Extra Space storage in Euless, Texas on Midcities Rd called the police on a tenant who had a unit there for no reason at all. Me and another mover was there to help her move. She was a black customer. and we are black movers there to help her move. Brent was upset because she told him he was being rude after he had her waiting in the hot sun 20 minutes.
