I have a lot to say to the owners the staff customer service at first when I purchased the unit was polite. When I moved in it was eyes on me watching I guess to see what I am putting in there. I moved everything in the unit I had a black chest with personal items in it my mom quilt she made me the quilt I bought her when she was in the hospital sick. I had a mini fridge and about 10 boxes of new tennis shoes never worn. My unit was the only one got broken into cause all the other units still had they same locks. They damag... read more

Do not use this facility!! I was robbed and I am one of multiple that have been broken into this month! I've tried to help in any way I can and my response on the phone was, "I'm sorry Mr. Green but I have another customer to deal with" when I spoke to them on the phone. I am beside myself with the lack of cooperation. My stuff is gone or pilfered through. It's done. I get it. They are doing nothing about it. Avoid not only this location but all Extra Space Storage.

I would never rent space here again. I rented two separate units with two separate unit numbers...and a wall in between...two locks....two everything. I cleaned out one unit and when I went to close it out and start paying for only one of the units they that the two units were combined into one unit so I still had to pay for both units. THERE IS A WALL IN BETWEEN THE TWO UNITS...TWO UNIT #'S...TWO LOCKS....IT'S NOT ONE UNIT!!! That's the dumbest thing that I've ever heard of. Better business bureau is my next stop. T... read more
Great place, BUT - They keep raising rates every few months. My rate has been raised twice in four months. They cannot be trusted to keep your promised rate for more than a month or two at a time. May have to move somewhere else, as this is basically a shakedown. Beware. If this is their MO, not a good place for long term storage.

Stay away from this place at all costs. They will tease you in at a reduced rate and then once your in they will hike it up every couple of months. Example. 10x20 climate controlled unit Teaser rate: 174.00 Month 3: 195.00 Month 5: 215.00 Month 8: 235.00 Month 10: 325.00 Try to fight it and they say that it's in the contract and that's the market rate.
