Sabrina went above and beyond to accommodate me. The power in the building went out just when I needed to get into my unit. I was moving my 90 year old grandmother with dementia and had a small window of time to get the items I needed from storage to then move her out of her facility. Clients during the power outage were not allowed to access the building due to safety concerns. Sabrina was able to make a one time exception and accompanied me into the building so I could retrieve a few items (flash lights and all). She was a... read more
