I have been there for 15 years. Great facility and service. Staff is awesome - and handle all my needs.
Sabrina went above and beyond to accommodate me. The power in the building went out just when I needed to get into my unit. I was moving my 90 year old grandmother with dementia and had a small window of time to get the items I needed from storage to then move her out of her facility. Clients during the power outage were not allowed to access the building due to safety concerns. Sabrina was able to make a one time exception and accompanied me into the building so I could retrieve a few items (flash lights and all). She was a... read more

On a work trip for my wife’s boss to clean out and sort through storage. I thought I would’ve enough help, but I’m grateful today for Jasmyn’s assistance. She was willing to go the extra mile on our behalf and her thoughtfulness is a big portion of why I’m glad my wife’s boss decided to store with Extra Space.
