I am devastated. I trusted this facility to keep my stuff safe but instead I am out thousands of dollars and lost items that can’t be replaced due to sentimental value. The building is NOT climate controlled like they claim. It was 82° outside and the building was at LEAST 20° hotter. Because of this, almost all of the items in my unit were covered in mold and rodent urine. I have never written an online review before, however the last several hours have shown me that this business in negligent and unresponsive. I feel obligated to warn others to stay away. My unit flooded due to poor maintenance and the situation has been handled terribly. We received a call this evening (5:45 PM) to let us know that our unit had flooded the day prior at the extra space storage facility in Annapolis.
