Great location, it is very clean, everyone is super helpful, it's safe and efficient!! We have used other storage spaces before and this was by far the smoothest one we have used.

There is a reason it isn't always easy to get a space here in Northfield. 1. The place is cleaner than any other store facility I have ever seen. 2. There are always carts to use for your movement in and out from your car to your unit. 3. There is Miguel, the most professional storage facility manager. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and runs a tight ship. And finally, --there is excellent security with cameras all over the place. ExtraSpace in Northfield is excellent. The manager and office staff are very helpful and professional. This is the second time I have rented storage from them and am very pleased with the facility and service.

Assistant Manager Francis called me back promptly after I reserved my unit online, confirmed a time for me to come in that same day, and helped me find a unit that suited my needs even better than the one I had originally signed up for, all within my budget! He was friendly, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. Moving is stressful, but this part wasn't. Thank you, Francis! And thank you, Extra Space Storage Northfield team!
