I normally don't take the time to post reviews, but wanted to give a shout-out to store manager Victor Rivera Jr., who saved the day for me TWICE recently. In a case of terrible luck, the truck belonging to the moving company I had hired completely lost power after they'd parked and started to load the truck. Then later, my own SUV refused to start. Extra Space Storage is deceitful and dishonest. My rate went up almost 100% within 1.5 years. They are, essentially, white collar criminals with predatory practices. They get you in within an okay rate and then massively increase the price once you move in. We rented from the one in Northfield, Illinois.
