This is my second update for Extra Space Storage. I initially loved this facility, then was less than thrilled with my second experience there and now, well it's back to five stars. And with good reason. While everything I've said in both reviews is true, when I went through the process of moving out of the storage space last week, Victor and his team were awesome and extremely helpful. Victor was great! I highly recommend this facility. Covered parking for loading and unloading and doesn't feel like the usual run-down storage places. It's in a quiet area which helps when you're driving back and forth with your things.

Extra Space Storage is amazing!! The building is immaculate, safe and the staff is great! I've rented at a few storage places and they are the best by far!!!

Extra Space Storage- Northfield was the perfect solution to my moving dilemma. The enrollment process was incredibly smooth. I began online, quickly received a call, and was ready to start moving my belongings right away. Even though it was in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, this was an easy, efficient process. Exceptional storage space. Victor the manager is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. This facility is top notch. I have rented other units throughout chicagoland and this one is by far the cleanest and best maintained.
