Assistant Manager Francis called me back promptly after I reserved my unit online, confirmed a time for me to come in that same day, and helped me find a unit that suited my needs even better than the one I had originally signed up for, all within my budget! He was friendly, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. Moving is stressful, but this part wasn't. Thank you, Francis! And thank you, Extra Space Storage Northfield team!

Worked with Frances at the Northfield location and he was incredibly helpful getting my storage unit upgraded. He was very accommodating and worked with my schedule and budget. Process was seemless

This is my second update for Extra Space Storage. I initially loved this facility, then was less than thrilled with my second experience there and now, well it's back to five stars. And with good reason. While everything I've said in both reviews is true, when I went through the process of moving out of the storage space last week, Victor and his team were awesome and extremely helpful. Victor was great! I highly recommend this facility. Covered parking for loading and unloading and doesn't feel like the usual run-down storage places. It's in a quiet area which helps when you're driving back and forth with your things.
