I was impressed with the onsite rep and how he was very professional and answered all my questions. He gave me all available sizes and rates as well as all policies including upgrade to a larger size unit should I need it. I would rate his customer services a 10 out of 10. Hands down. Loved the customer service, Venjo was absolutely awesome, directed us to the unit, made sure it was the proper size and didn't need to upgrade, gave us he's card and I was able to contact with any questions. I plan on being a customer for awhile
