So clean and the personnel are so kind and helpful even when you have a problem with a lock !

Chrissy is as great to work with. Diligent follow up and prompt service l. It was a hot day and she came by a few times to check on me and see if I needed water or a cool place to sit and rest.

I reserved a unit online and did not hear back from anyone. So, I called and a pleasant lady assisted me with the process. Years ago I rented units but it was always in person. Personally I prefer that method but in time I believe online will be the wave of the future. When I went to the location Marie assisted me. She was super. My climate controlled spot was very clean. Reading the other reviews I am concerned about rates so time will tell.
Extra space storage was easy fast and reliable. I did everything online the only thing I had to do was pick up my keys. Any changes that have been made to the storage or any important information they have always called and kept me up-to-date. I highly recommend.
