I tried 3 other places closer to where I live. All offices were closed during posted open hours. Nobody answered phones either and all lights off. One had sign said back at 10:00. I waited 15 mins after and thank goodness Extra space was my next stop. I called ahead and Tora answered right away. Confirmed she had the size I needed and I headed out. Wow this place is amazing, the ladies in the office really go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. If your forgetful and accidentally leave your storage unit unlocked, they within a hour notice and let you know. This is amazing, and I think they should given raises for there attention to detail. Thank you!

Tonya and CJ were awesome! They made getting a unit quick and easy. I had problems with my lock and they helped me fix it. They are nice and helpful.

Renting a storage place for little miscellaneous things around the house. Corey made it so easy and hassle free! I was able to rent the storage unit from the comfort of my own home and I'm able to drive up to my storage unit. This is super convenient right now since COVID is rampant. She offered a lock for purchase in case I didn't have one available, went to check the unit to make sure which lock I could purchase on my own and remained on the phone to make sure my access code was working! This place had the best rates when I was looking, The employees are very accommodating. I had issues with a moving company not showing up on time and Deb was on hand to give me suggestions. Very helpful and reasonable place. I would definitely use again and recommend to others!
Great place for storage! The process was easy, was convenient to where I lived and the place is very, very clean! I do recommend this place!
Moved form public storage to here because PS is really a terrible company. I was very happy with the service Debbie gave me and the ease of doing it onsite. The unit was a 10 x 20 and in a great area at 112 a month, this is like 40 dollars less than other units around the area, I could of got one for 90 in a bad area but overall very pleased. Remember though when you rent a storage go to wallmart and buy your disc lock and take your renters insurance or home owners cause they try to sell you theres, Lots cheaper off site.
