Facility is nice and secure. But had a 5'X10' for a year, price increased 3 times during that time. Downsized to a smaller 5X5', price has already doubled in a few months. I have zero doubt the price will increase again within the year. I will have to change to a less expensive unit as I still have a need for storage. It is ridiculous to price out people that are already in the building paying rent, you have constant turnover at the cheaper, web based rates along with units sitting empty. Lovely indoor storage units with easy access and super clean. I felt completely comfortable storing my belongings here (6 months total). The price did rise while I was there but I was forewarned by friends that this is typical - so just FYI. The area felt safe and I didn't have any issues accessing my belongings when needed. My friends that were helping me move commented on how nice the facility was as well. Easy move out process!

Communication and service were amazing. I had this unit for over a year and eventually ran into a financial hardship. They worked with me to enable me to get my property out successfully on the timeline that fit my financial schedule.

First off everything about it is professional! Jessica was really friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and also walked me through everything. She was very patient and the storage units are very spacious and clean! When I first got here I had no idea what size I needed and when I gave her an idea of what I had she recommended the perfect storage unit for my stuff! This place is ok for short term, unfortunately we rented a unit for 2 years. In that time, we saw the price increase significantly which drove us to look for a home quicker. Never interacted with the staff much. What was kind of crappy is the amount of rent, but you can't you use the bathrooms "not for public use". However, when you're paying almost $300 for a secure unit, that's considered private.

We hahaha e had a storage here for a few years and just needed to increase the size We have always appreciated the service, the staff, the security and the cleanliness-but the staff Meade our transition into a new u it so seamlessly easy, we truly appreciated it! Absolutely don't hesitate to book a unit here they are trustworthy and professional!

My storage rates were skyrocketing at my other 2 places and i had enough!! I came across extra space storage online and found their web special prices the best in town. I had a long conversation with Ryan who was very helpful and i signed for a year pre paid at a locked in price. I moved both units into one at extra space and never looked back !! Thanks Ryan !!
